All reservations are subject to availability, weather conditions and presentation of required documents (ID, permit if applicable, etc.).

3. Reservations & payments

• Payments must be made online or on site, depending on the activity.
• Reservations are confirmed only after full payment.
• In the event of cancellation by the customer, refund conditions are specified in our cancellation policy.
• Wet Set Montréal reserves the right to cancel or postpone an activity for reasons of safety, weather or force majeure.

4. Responsibility and safety

• All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to any activity.
• Lifejackets must be worn for all water sports activities.
• Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly forbidden before and during any activity.
• Wet Set Montréal will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage resulting from participation in its activities.
